WILEVILLE, NOVA SCOTIA
Market Made, Local Grown Goodness.
Food, flowers, and fun! That’s what you’ll find at Wile’s Lake Farm Market
where our baked goods, prepared food, farm produce, and garden centre plants and flowers have been delighting our customers for over 38 years. We’re a local business, serving the South Shore communities of Nova Scotia, as well as visitors from all over Canada and the world. We take great pride in our traditional recipes, our support of local growers and producers, our beautifully-tended greenhouse products, and of course, our warm Maritime welcome. Homemade, Home Grown Goodness! |
- We are open daily from 9 am - 6 pm. In June, we will extend our Friday night closing until 7 pm starting June 23 for the convenience of campers and cottage visitors.
- Now, the Market is well stocked with onion sets, seed potatoes, strawberry plants and a great variety of seeds - Halifax Seed, Sutton Seed, Yonder Hill Farm (based in Laconia) . We have certified organic seeds from Cochrane Family Farm in Stewiacke.
- The greenhouses are filled with vegetable transplants, annuals and perennials. There are lots of hanging baskets, planters, window boxes and containers for creating an instant garden.
- Local produce has started to arrive - greens, rhubarb and asparagus are now available. We still carry a good selection of Nova Scotia apples harvested and stored in the fall of 2022.

"We have been visiting Wile's since they opened, on our way to the cottage. The baked goods are delish...we always pick up the raisin bread on our way in and on our way out. Everything is so fresh..”
